Stargazing on an Island...

      Moonlight turned the woods silver .The smells of the sea and the mulberry bushes wafted on the breeze .The island was beautiful as well as eerie with palm trees filling up every free spaces .Every once in a while ,a rabbit or a deer kept jumping off from the nearby cliff close to the beach .The tranquility in the air was desturbed by the frequent hisses of a volcano ,standing aloof at the center of the island .She blinked at the night sky,stared wonderstruck at the stars ,which made a splash of diomonds across the sky .The not so melancholic chirps of wild birds hung in the air.
