By BM Unnimaya        The first thing that we come to notice is the sound apart from the ethnic beauty of this island. Felt like hearing it again and again. It was so beautiful that can't be described in words;only we can just feel it and try to listen those melodious voice.          The sound of birds as well as the sound of sea water crawling into the sand ,its just like they are inviting us into their paradise. We can feel millions of sand grains underneath our feet and the cool breeze striking our faces. One would have definitely dreamt of this place. We can see a mesmerizing sunset giving a mixture of yellow and orange on the horizon beneath the deep blue ocean. While sitting down one can observe the island surrounded by water. The  water here is clear as crystal to the point we can see the depth of the sea. There are multitudes of greenery,lush foliage that looked like they were painted by an artist. It was interesting to see cocon...

A magical island surrounded by blue sparkling water.lt's beauty is undescribable.The blue oceanic waves crashed against the miles of shimmering white sand on the shore. Hungry seabirds searched for an appetising meal on the lonely beach. The gigantic sun looked like a small bright pinpoint in the gigantic sky as the powerful sun rays reflected on the soft sand making the sand shiny and shimmery. The delicate smell of salty water and the soft feel of the breeze calmes every mind and soul. In the distance the cheerful sea meets the gentle sky creating an elegant horizon. The coconut trees dance in the soft breeze. The island itself is like a fairy tale garden,an ocean of beautiful flowers and trees. Palm trees and other tropical plants bows over the sparkling blue water. The view of volcanoes and mountains in the island is breathtaking. Every sight of this tropical paradise is so marvelous and relaxing that even the worst thoughts and the most gloomy mood disappears in no time.

      This is an island, surrounded by blue watery beaches with white shiny sand on its shore. The island has everything to attract people. It's has  beautiful coral reefs.            The beauty of the island attracts tourists. The greenary and the beaches are always attractive. The island has coconut plantation on its shore. It has many restaurant and resorts for the tourist which serve delicious foods.     The coral reefs are the beauty of the island. There  are beautiful under water scenaries where swimming is allowed. And there are places assigned for boating. Rare species of birds  can be seen. This is my imaginary island..... 

  The only word to describe an island is "Paradise". The place filled with the unending grains of golden sand, as if the whole island was made out of gold itself. Shimmering blue waters that sparkled in the presence of the sunlight encircled the island. Greenery spread out all around the island with patches of different coloured flowers that grew among the bushes occasionally.                In distant, there was a majestic waterfall. The water thundered down into the pool like a gigantic waterspout. The golden rays of the sun give a bright colour to clouds and meadows. The cloud had no place in the morning sky as the sun reigned the supreme. Island, any area of land smaller than a continent and entirely surrounded by water. Islands may occur in oceans, seas, lakes, or rivers. A group of islands is called an archipelago. An island is a body of land that is surrounded by water. Fishing is one of the major activity of the people in island. The water body surrounding the islands are enriched with a lots of varieties of fishes Unlike cities people are effectively more relaxed and less stressed.Live a relaxing and simple life far from the stress of big cities! something resembling an island, especially in being isolated or having little or no direct communication with others.Island ecosystem is very unique in terms of its biodiversity, physical environment and threat by various natural and anthropogenic factors.                                        - umarul farookh

There are more places to find many eye opening sights beyond the land . To me, the most beautiful place is the island of Jamaica. It is easy for me to find peace and beauty on an island.             I'm pretty sure that the first thing that will hit me like a massage of aroma as I step on the land would be the sweet moist air of the tropical island. The fruit, flowers, and over all natural environment is enough to make me never want to leave.      As Overwhelmed by beauty far and wide I would find myself breathless. The ocean, clear as a finely cut African diamond is blue and beautiful. Continuing across the island I may find that towering mountains have surrounded me as far as my eye can see. Island is truly a paradise, it has a magical healing power . It is a perfect patch of sand where one can relax under rustling palms and gaze at serene blue sea. The fascinating and romantic dreamy sea and the distance that separates the island from the mainland,so it seems far.... like being in another world.... makes the island more attractive and enticing.               The blue water of the sea that surrounds this magical land can captivate connoisseur with its crystalline clarity and thriving coral kingdoms . The white crystalline sand and emarald lakes glint as the sun rays touch them.                           The palm trees and the unique flora and fauna of the island make it more lively. MY DREAM ISLAND It's a dream but it's happiness....it's the island in my imagination. The sunshine speards on each droplets of the sea water and it gets reflected towards the sand grains , now it's golden which gives an extra beauty. Oh there I can see the innocent natives...fishermen,homely and working women,playful children and some tourists also , all of them enjoying what they are doing. Hey there is still a feeling of seeing the sea for the first time on all their faces.Now the fascinating and feminine beauty of the nature..'the Sea' with it's sparkling water sometimes touches the beach and goes back pulling everything else into her.Oh it's again impossible to imagine an Island without coconut trees. It's  long leaves, inadequate shade and it's water merge everyone below them.I think it's water is more tastier.....may be the ambience made it so.
